AutoRank by Otamiser may collect and process the following data:

• a) Users may give us information about themselves by filling in forms on autorank.com or by corresponding with us by phone, email address, or otherwise. This includes information you provide when you register for a Customer Account. This information includes but is not limited to name, email address, postal address, billing address, telephone number, username, and password.
• b) Users may also give us information about the properties that they advertise using our Services, including the property address.
• c) Upon each of the User’s visits to autorank.com, we may automatically collect technical information, including the Internet Protocol (IP) address used to connect users’ computers to the Internet, your login information, browser type and version, time zone setting, browser plug-in types and versions, operating system, and platform;
• d) AutoRank by Otamiser may also collect information about users’ visits to autorank.com, including the full Uniform Resource Locators (URL) clickstream to, through, and from our site (including date and time), page response times, download errors, length of visits to certain pages, page interaction information (such as scrolling, clicks, and mouse-overs), and methods used to browse away from the page and any phone number used to call our customer service number.
• e) AutoRank by Otamiser does not collect payment card details of our users. In order to pay for the fees related to our Services, we use third-party payment processors that will collect and process the payment card details of our users.
• f) AutoRank by Otamiser is also working closely with third parties (including, for example, business partners, sub-contractors in technical, payment, and delivery services, advertising networks, analytics providers) and may receive information about you from them.

Purposes of the processing:

• Providing users with the AutoRank by Otamiser Services;
• Ensuring the integrity of AutoRank by Otamiser systems and providing appropriate protection for users' accounts through the multi-factor authentication (MFA);
• Support and assist users in using the Services;
• Customize the Services to the individual needs of users;
• Notify users about changes to our Services;
• Providing users with the information requested through the webforms;
• Provide users with information about other services we offer that are similar to those that users have already purchased or enquired about (only if users have consented to this).

• In the case users purchase AutoRank by Otamiser products or subscribe to AutoRank by Otamiser Services, personal data will be kept as long as the contractual relationship between the parties is maintained.

• In the case users purchase AutoRank by Otamiser products or subscribe to AutoRank Services, the legal basis for the processing is the performance of the contract entered into by the parties.
• In the case of MFA, the legal basis for processing this information is that it is necessary for legitimate interests pursued by AutoRank by Otamiser, consisting of ensuring the security and appropriate protection of user accounts and the information held within those accounts.
• In all other cases, the personal data provided will be kept as long as the data deletion is not requested by the user or as long as the user does not withdraw his consent or exercise his right of opposition.

Data disclosure
Users’ personal data may be disclosed to third parties which are companies that provide services to Otamiser.

• Other service providers, such as our channel managers, payment providers, and third-party applications which integrate with the Services;
